The Broadway Theatre Project (BTP) is a unique musical theatre program entering its 17th year. Based on the premise that studying with professionals who are actively working in their field is an essential way to hone one's craft, BTP apprentices study for three weeks with these artists and educators who come from the worlds of theatre, film and television. During this intensive three week musical theatre course, students attend classes in acting, dance, voice and writing. Emphasis is not only placed on the individual art forms but also on the collaborative process and the collective creation of art. Held on the campus of The University of South Florida, the Project concludes with a musical performance at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. Web Site & Contact Information.
