Advanced Mentor
Each child who participates in a music camp will have the opportunity to learn rhythms, melodies, and music history. Students will also be able to create musical art projects that can be taken home at the end of each week. Campers will also have the opportunity to host a performance for their parents which displays what they have learned at the conclusion of each week.
BYOB (Bring Your Own Back tracks). Sing and record up to two songs in our Studio and choose one to perform for your Video. This is a professional environment – you must come prepared with your lyrics memorized and be able to sing your songs prior to attending the Workshop. After recording, your songs will be professionally finished by 5th Gear Productions in preparation for your video recording session.
To create your Video, you will learn lip syncing techniques and perform one of your recorded songs in front of a camera with the use of a Green Screen. The final production will be of you performing against a virtual background set! If you attended last year's Workshop, you've improved since then — it's time to record a NEW video!
Your final, high-quality Video will be saved to DVD, plus you'll receive a data CD containing a compressed version to play on your computer, and an even teensier email-ready one to share with friends and family. You will also receive an Audio CD of your vocal recordings from our Studio.
