Keara Trummel is an actor/singer/dancer with over 14 years of experience in professional theatres across the country.  She received her BFA in Music Theatre from Shenandoah  University and graduated Magna Cum Laude and went on to perform in theatres such as: Walnut Street Theatre, Fulton Opera House, and Allenberry Playhouse.  Keara has also been an actor at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre, performing there in over 25 productions.  Her teaching/directing experience includes: Director of the Triple Threat Theatre Camp instructor at Florida Repertory Theatre,  Alliance For the Arts, Assistant Director & Choreographer of the Spring Break and Winter Camps with FL Rep & Alliance For the Arts, Director for Creative Theater Workshop,  Instructor for Gulfshore Playhouse's Art Smart outreach program, and was Guest Music Director for Island Coast High School for two years.  Keara is delighted to offer acting lessons to students of all ages.  Acting techniques are based on the Stanislavski method, which include character development through objectives, obstacles, intentions, and subtext. In addition to acting techniques, Keara also teaches theatre and improvisation exeercises that are so much fun, you will forget you're learning! 

Keara has been studying the Connected Voice Technique with Susan Niekamp and Mary Walkley.  With an extensive performance background, Keara offers her students immense knowledge on auditioning and performing.  She teaches all vocal styles with a specialty in Musical Theatre.
